Vanajanlinna is a stunning castle-like hotel, located on a lakeside and about 5 kms from the medieval Häme Castle. Historic Vanajanlinna is a hunting castle which was designed by Sigurd Frosterus and built by C.W. Rosenlew in Hämeenlinna, Finland. The main building dates from 1924 and is a combination of Baroque and Nordic Renaisance styles.
