You will be part of a real Ferrari team, enjoying the possibility to personally drive the latest Ferraris. Traveling for kilometers, you can accelerate through the steep, winding roads of Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany, along the route of the legendary Mille Miglia race, putting your driving skills to the ultimate test.

But once you got out of the car, you temporarily leave the Ferrari experience behind you and immerse yourself in a succession of very particular moments - with your entire privacy guaranteed. As a relaxing counterpart to the intensity of driving your Ferrari, all our journeys include wellness programs at the Fonteverde Natural Spa Resort, a world-class spa hotel located in the midst of the rolling hills of the Val d’Orcia. In the meantime, the accompanying staff will take care of the Ferraris without your even noticing it. The next morning, find your car at the entrance of the hotel, neat and clean, refilled and checked up, ready to start for some more exciting driving throughout further dazzling landscapes.

DAY WISE ITINERARAY

Day 01: Welcome to Milan, the Italian capital of fashion and shopping
You will be met at Milan international airport and transferred by limousine to a five-star luxury Hotel Four Seasons in Milan. Hotel Four Seasons. A dramatically reborn 15th-century convent with a mere 118 rooms and suites, the intimate Four Seasons is steps from Milan’s couture houses and financial district on the exclusive Via Gesù between Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga. Check-in and accommodation in double deluxe room (or Junior Suite). Time at disposal for shopping or for a guided tour of Milan (upon request).
Milan, the financial heart of the country, has got an energetic pace that matches its skyscraper counterparts in the rest of the world. Yet the Italian eye for beauty and style never dims. Milan, however, is not only fashion and business. Art is also of outstanding relevance: during the Renaissance, the dynastic Visconti and Sforza families commissioned art that endured long beyond their political intrigues. Among many familiar art masterpieces, Milan is home to Leonardo da Vinci’s Last Supper. Indeed, architecture too is relevant in Milan: its captivating, 14th century gothic rose-marbled Il Duomo Cathedral is second in size only to Rome’s St. Peter’s, but exceeding it in grandeur. The adjacent, famed Galleria - probably the world’s most elegant shopping mall - leads into what is surely the world’s most illustrious Opera House, La Scala. Dinner in Milan. Day 02: Discovering Maggiore Lake by Ferrari (Milan > Stresa > Arona > Stresa)
After breakfastand checkout, pick-up at your hotel in Milan and meeting with your Red Travel Tour Director. Your private Tour Director, an expert Ferrari driver, will clarify the finer details of the controls of your Ferrari, he will introduce you into the world of Ferrari, explaining the differences between the various models (Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, Ferrari 430 Scuderia and 430 Spider, Ferrari 612 Scaglietti) and peculiarities of the engines (8-cylinder or 12-cylinder), above all how to handle the F1 paddle-gear shifting behind the steering wheel. During the briefing a welcome coffee will be offered to the guests. Your luggage will be transported separately. You will leave by Ferrari heading towards Maggiore Lake.
Our Tour Director leads you at the wheel of his Alfa Romeo Brera 3.2, guiding your Ferrari along the splendid scenarios offered by this beautiful northern Italy’s lake. During the whole journey, the Ferrari and the Tour Director’s Alfa Romeo will be constantly in touch by mobile radio system. The roads carefully selected by Red Travel ensure maximum driving pleasure while enjoying the beautiful landscape of Maggiore Lake and its surroundings. Ferrari driving to Stresa, which has been a popular retreat for Europe’s aristocrats, who have endowed the town with a number of villas. One famous visitor in 1948 was Ernest Hemingway who set part of his novel “Farewell to Arms” in the Grand Hotel des Iles Borromées.
Arrival in Stresa and check-in at Villa Aminta. The Villa, overlooking the Borromeo Gulf and beautiful islands of Isola Bella, Isola Madre and Isola dei Pescatori, rises in a heaven of peace facing the Maggiore Lake and it is sunk in the thousand nuances of the azaleas, camellias and rhododendrons surrounded by the intense green of centuries old trees. Stresa has also an outstanding botanic garden, which is worth visiting. The restaurant of the Villa Le Isole, overlooking the banks of beautiful Maggiore Lake, proposes a typical Italian regional menu, dedicated to lovers of Italian taste! Transfer by private boat to the Borromean Islands.
Lunch in the Borromean Islands. Restaurant suggestion: Casabella This cosy restaurant opposite the pier offers local cuisine with a contemporary touch. Dine on the small, charming terrace with a view of the lake. In the afternoon, you will be transferred by private boat to Stresa. Departure for a scenic tour of Maggiore Lake. Discover of the picturesque and the breathtaking panorama offered by the Lake, enriched by pure driving pleasure on an amazing succession of wonderful sights! · Arrival at Arona, on the Piedmont side of Maggiore Lake, for a short walk in the famous location of the “Sancarlone”, a giant statue of Saint Charles Borromeo, which was the largest bronze standing statue in the world, second only to the Statue of Liberty. Departure by Ferrari for Villa Aminta · Arrival in Stresa at Villa Aminta and free time to relax.
In the evening, enjoy your dinner in Stresa - Restaurant suggestions: Le Isole (Villa Aminta), Il Piemontese. Il Piemontese. Situated in the ancient heart of Stresa, it can be considered the true restaurant of Maggiore Lake: unsophisticated, intimate, with home atmosphere, different from the other restaurants. You can appreciate the excellent food in a unique and original environment and in the meantime you feel at home. Overnight at Villa Aminta.

Day 03: Discovering Como Lake by Ferrari (Stresa > Como > Bellagio > Lecco > Cernobbio)
This morning, following breakfast, checkout and meeting with your Tour Director and start of the second day of your Ferrari tour. At the wheel of his Alfa Romeo, Tour Director will guide you through a vivid itinerary made of typical towns and villages, whose charming appeal expresses the very soul of Como Lake. Pleasant drive along the panoramic and enchanting roads of the Como Lake. Whilst driving, our guests will be able to enjoy the outstanding scenario offered by the Lake, characterized for a beautiful natural landscape that offers an overwhelming feast for the eyes. The roads carefully selected by Red Travel ensure maximum driving pleasure while enjoying the beautiful landscape of Como Lake and its surroundings. During the tour will be scheduled a halt around 11.00 near Como for a drink.
Departure by Ferrari for Bellagio. Arrival in Bellagio, with its many suburbs scattered on the hills overlooking both the southeastern and southwestern branches of Como Lake. Lunch in Bellagio. Restaurant suggestion: Villa Serbelloni (1 Michelin star). Chef Ettore Bocchia presents a sequence of art expressions to excite your senses. Eyesight, touch, taste and smell are enchanted by products’ freshness and genuineness...a harmonious and balanced way that highlights the Chef passion in the preparation of these dishes...
In the afternoon, Start of the 2nd part of the tour towards the town of Lecco. Enjoy your driving along the splendid scenario that this beautiful northern Italian lake has to offer to your sight! Arrival in Lecco, and short walk in this village, which constitutes the famous scenario that inspired “The Betrothed” (I Promessi Sposi) composed by Italian novelist Alessandro Manzoni, lies at the end of the southeastern branch of Como Lake. Departure by Ferrari for Cernobbio. Arrival in Cernobbio at Villa d’Este. Cernobbio is an elegant tourist village known worldwide for some villas, such as Villa Erba and Villa d’Este itself, once owned by very important Italian personalities. Set on the shores of Como Lake, Villa d’Este is located in one of the most important crossroads between Italy and Northern Europe. As Herb Caen stated about the Villa, the precise location of heaven on earth has never been established but it may very well be right here. In the evening, dinner in Cernobbio - Restaurant suggestion: Veranda (Villa d’Este). Overnight at Villa d’Este.

Day 04: Arrivederci Italia!
After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Milan for a private guided visit of the city’s architectonical beauties (upon request), as well as of its famous vogue boutiques. As an alternative, time at disposal for shopping or visiting on your own. Lunch in the centre of Milan. Later in the afternoon, after lunch, a limousine will take you to Milan – Linate (or Malpensa) International Airport for your return flight and the end of the activities.
