DAY 1   India / Lima
Welcome to Lima, the 'City of Kings'. You will be met at the airport and privately escorted to your hotel. Lodging.

DAY 2   Lima – Cusco (B)
Morning flight which brings you to the Inca capital of Cusco. Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel to have a welcome coca tea. This should help us to relieve altitude sickness. The remaining of the morning is free to relax, and slowly acclimatize.
In the afternoon our comprehensive tour includes the beautiful church of Santo Domingo, the Cathedral as well as the Fortress of Sacsayhuaman, a most remarkable Inca building, the amphitheater of Kenko. This is followed by a visit to Puca Pucara, a strategically located "red fortress" that dominates the entire area before visiting Tambomachay, with its two distinctive aqueducts that to this day continue to provide clean water to the area.
Return to the hotel.

DAY 3   Cusco – Aguas Calientes - Cusco (B,L)
Morning transfer to the train station. A 3 ½ -hour train ride train takes us through the Sacred Valley of the Incas up to Machu Picchu. On arrival a small coach take us up the steep roads to the entrance of the citadel. Machu Picchu remained for centuries undiscovered by the Spaniards, only to be found in 1911 by Hiram Bingham. The uniqueness of its location and the genius that went into its construction make this Inca archaeological site truly one of the great wonders of the world.
After the walking excursion a well deserved buffet lunch will be served at Machupicchu Sanctuary Lodge restaurant.
We return on the afternoon train to Cusco. As we approach the city of Cusco the illuminated Cathedral and other churches near the main square greet us. Upon arriving at Cusco railway station you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

DAY 4   Cusco – Puerto Maldonado(B,L,D)
Upon arrival transfer to the office to leave the big luggage and continue to the port to board the motor boat to get to the lodge according to the selected category, see enclosed both descriptions)

DAY 5  Puerto Maldonado (B,L,D)
Today day free at leisure

DAY 6   Puerto Maldonado – Lima (B)
Arrival in Lima and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon city tour of Lima. The city has always been one of the most important cities in South America since it was founded by the Spanish conquistador Francisco Pizarro in 1535. Our sightseeing tour explores the historic center and modern districts of the city: the main square with beautiful buildings. The Government Palace, the City Hall, the Palace of the Archbishop and the Cathedral are still the most important places in town. We continue on to the San Francisco Monastery and then the most popular place, Plaza San Martin. Our tour ends in the residential districts of San Isidro and Miraflores

DAY 7   Lima – Sao Paulo (B)
12:00 Hrs Check out.
Rest of the day at leisure.
Transfer to the airport for the international flight (LP 01:40+1 / 08:30)

DAY 8   Sao Paulo (B)
Upon arrival meeting at the airport and transfer to the selected hotel.
Rest of the morning at leisure.
In the afternoon half day tour of Sao Paulo, beginning with a tour through down town (the oldest area where the city was founded) ,the residencial area of Higienopolis, followed by another residencial area, Pacaembu and its football stadium. Then the faculty of medicine (biggest in Latin America), the Butantan Institute with its snake farm and where a visit will be made, the Palace of Bandeirantes (headquarter for the state goverment), the Morumbi football stadium (biggest private owned stadium - 80.000 people), the elegnt residencial area of Jardins, the Ibirapuera Park (project of Oscar Niemayer), Avenida Paulista (the financial center) and return to the hotel.

DAY 9   Sao Paulo – Rio De Janeiro (B)
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport.
Arrival in Rio and transfer to the hotel.
Full day tour (6hr). Departure from the hotel to the Corcovado railway station at the foot of the Corcovado mountain. A 3,5 kilometer (25 minutes) train ride through the lush mountain greenery to the station on the top of the mountain. Take elevator and escalator from the end station to the 38 meter high statue of Christ the Redeemer, 710 m above sea level. Time at leisure. Return to the train and ride back to the Corcovado railway station. The tour continues through the 2,1 kilometer long "Reboucas" tunnel, passing by the lake "Rodrigo de Freitas", through the tunnel "Two brothers", the living area of Sao Conrado and on to Barra da Tijuca, Rio's newest and fastest growing living area. Drive along the beaches of Barra da Tijuca, Sao Conrado, Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana to the northern part of Rio with a stop at "Sambodromo", the purposed built stadium where the Samba-schools perform during the carnival. The tour continues passing by the biggest soccer stadium in the world, Maracana with capacity for more than 160.000 spectators. Then towards the downtown area, which is the business heart of Rio but it is also here where the historical sites of Rio are. Driving the narrow streets, passing by the Metropolitan Cathedral, some futuristic office buildings, the municipal theatre and the main avenue of Rio Branco before leaving the downtown area towards Sugar Loaf. Passing through Flamengo Park and Botafogo before arriving at Urca and the cable car station to the Sugar Loaf. By cable car to the first stage, the Morro da Urca mountain (220 meters). Walk to the other side of the mountain to take the next cable car to Sugar Loaf (395 meters). Time at leisure. Return to the ground level. Return to the hotel. Lodging.

DAY 10   Rio De Janeiro – Lima (B)
12:00 Check out
At proper time transfer to the airport.
